The Process

You have the option of accomplishing this travel poster individually, or you may choose to work with another individual. It will be important that you are able to work with this person and carry your own weight in this project. You will be asked to grade your work partner on their contributions. This will be used to determine what kind of bonuses will be given on "payday". You are encouraged to ask your partner, or teacher for help if you have a question about this project. Creativity including pictures, facts, illustrations and advertising jingles will be greatly awarded on "payday.

	Inform your teacher as to whom you will be working with or if you have choosen to work alone on this project.
	Choose one of the geological time periods listed to the right and then tell your teacher which one you have choosen for this project.
	Research your selected time period, recording information about the earth's surface, landforms, living organisms, and atmospheric conditions. Remember to keep it based in fact.
	Create and make your travel brochure to sell your trip to your clients. Work towards iincludeding jingles, illustrations, pictures, or songs on your poster to sell your trip that would be helpful. Remember to make sure that the main ideas are based in real facts.
	You will be making a sales pitch to potential customers about your trip.
