Volder-goyle
It was just after dawn when Volder-goyle got up from his long night sleep. Volder-goyle has big pudgy lips and little ears. He has black hair, and brown eyes. Volder-goyle lives in the land Quasseymodo, where he walks to school everyday after he gives his mom a goodbye kiss. At school though, Volder-goyle wasn’t your typical loving boy who gives goodbye kisses to his mom. No, Volder-goyle loved to play tricks on other kids, especially Smelly Arm. Smelly Arm lives just a block away from Volder-goyle. Smelly is very short and that is why Volder-goyle picks on him. He’s got dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Smelly used to walk to school with Volder-goyle until Volder-goyle started playing tricks on Smelly and his friends. After that, Smelly just walked to school by himself, and sometimes on the way to school, Volder-goyle would scare him in some way, like jumping out in front of him and yelling BOO! Smelly didn’t like to be scared. Volder-goyle has a best friend who’s name is Arty Fowler, who tricks the kids on the school bus. Arty has black hair and blackish-brownish eyes. Volder-goyle started hanging out with Arty ever since they entered the 5 th Grade. They have been best friends ever since. At school, all three kids were in Mr. Thin-man’s 6 th grade class at Bull Dog Middle School. Mr. Thin-man is a very skinny person. He wears glasses and has braces. Everybody loved Mr. Thin-man, Everybody but Volder-goyle and Arty. Volder-goyle and Arty loved to try and do tricks on Mr. Thin-man, like putting tacks on Mr. Thin-man’s chair and blaming it on Smelly. But Mr. Thin-man was too smart for Volder-goyle and Arty. He saw the tacks on his seat before he sat down and knew it wasn’t Smelly who put the tacks on his seat; he knew it was Volder-goyle and Arty. One day in the cafeteria, Volder-goyle and Arty had a terrible trick up their sleeves. They were going to trip Smelly when he got his lunch tray and make his food spill all over. The plan was just about ready when Smelly walked into the cafeteria. You could see Volder-goyle’s eyes light up when Smelly got into the lunch line. The plan was set. Volder-goyle and Arty tied a clear string between two tables where Smelly and his friends always sit. Smelly got his tray and started heading to the table. Then BAM!!! He toppled over and all his food spilled everywhere. Volder-goyle and Arty just laughed. At that time, Mr. Thin-man came in . He told Volder-goyle and Arty to come with him. They followed Mr. Thin-man to his office. He sat them down and told they would have to clean the mess up themselves in the cafeteria. Mr. Thin-man let Arty go to the cafeteria but kept Volder-goyle for a minute. He told Volder-goyle that if he didn’t straighten up, he would make his ears blow up and make his mouth smaller. Then, Mr. Thin-man let Volder-goyle go. He went straight to the cafeteria to clean up the mess. When Volder-goyle got to the cafeteria, Arty was sitting at one of the tables. Arty talked Volder-goyle into not cleaning up the mess and go do some tricks on kids that stay late after school. Before they could find someone to trick, Mr. Thin-man caught them in the hallway and brought them to his office. He asked a good witch to turned Volder-goyle’s ears larger and lips smaller because of the bad acts that he continued to do to others. The good witch put Volder-goyle’s face on a building that was owned by a friend of the good witch to ward off evil and so he wouldn’t pick on Smelly anymore. Volder-goyles presence tells people that you shouldn’t do bad things or be rude to people or there will be consequences to anyone who does bad actions. By: Erin M. |
